This is the perfect kitchen splurge I’d been looking for. Poached eggs are hard to get right. And there are so many products that seem like they should work, but don’t. This pan makes it easy to get the yolks to exactly the firmness you like and with the individual tray cups, you don’t burn your fingers or make a mess while doing it. Cleanup is a snap. I cannot give a higher recommendation.
