GORGEOUS! Bigger steak knives than I’m used to, but that’s a good thing! Serrated blades are not overdone, which I like. Nice ceramic black coating on blades. The “cooper” is beautiful but looks to me like more like rose gold with a tint of cooper maybe, which I also LOVE! These steak knives were just a tad lighter than I expected, but they feel just great to me! I like the no slip handle and the notched place on the rose gold metal for your thumb, so no accidental cutting yourself! I plan on washing these by hand as they are just too beautiful to take any chances with! Oh, I love the boxes these were shipped in, with little magnets within the flap of the box to keep it securely closed. If I hadn’t bought the 55 knife, rev a shelf knife organizer, I may have kept these steak knives in the box! I could also keep and use these boxes to store flat Christmas ornaments securely—just a thought! I’m adding photos to hopefully help. UPDATE: pics didn’t post before so I’m trying to add pics again.

These are really show-y knives. The look, design and colors sets these knives above all else. I wasn’t too sure about that when I ordered but took a leap of faith. Also they feel nice in your hand. The weight to them is just about perfect. Using them with meat in general is like cutting through butter! Could not be happier and will keep the box and the foam piece as long as it last!!
