Sturdy. Holds in sand well. Nice to have an edge to sit on. we love this sandbox and will keep it for years. It’s hanging tough in the winter and still looks great.

This sandbox is awesome, just a few things.1. Make sure you secure each section to one another because it will fall apart or lift up otherwise. 2. The 50lbs of sand recommended for this is a joke,I got 650lbs of it and I am not even half full as you can see in the picture,I would go with 800lbs if not 900lbs. And last thing, get a different cover because the one that comes with it is just horrible.
