I need to add the customer service was A, Carl S., who delivered my items made sure that everything was perfect.I wish I had gotten the name of the gentleman that was working with him, so nice!!! appreciate all they did, they DONOT have an easy job, but were so nice and polite, and in our world tday we need more people to be appreciated for all they do. I love this sofa!It’s very sturdy and you can unzip the cushions if need to wash them.The color Bamboo 10 was lighter than I thought it would be but overall a very nice sofa.

I havent even unpacked this all the way and I love the sofa.The fabric is super soft.The arms arm stuffed nicely so you dont even feel whats inside.Its the perfect size…not too small and not too long. I got it in tealand its super soft color for my decorating versatility. Cant wait to stretch out on it!
