Even though 2 dishes were lost I still love them. I know it had to be the carrier mishandling my package was the whole reason the dishes were shattered, not Wayfair. They wouldnt send me broken dishes now would they Probably not. Ive never had a problem with Wayfair sending me damaged items. So yea it was the carrier that totally mishandled my package .
