Folds easily with leg clamps to keep the legs in place while stored or setting up. It has several height adjustments for comfort and the iron rest is a convenient plus. This sounds so nerdy but I am deliriously happy with this ironing board. The price at Wayfair was significantly better than anywhere else I looked. The small size is spacious yet very storable in my NYC apartment. It’s nice looking, VERY stable, does not squeak at all. Could not be happier with this board!
