Love it, goes well with my umbrella & deck paint. Fabric will be durable but needed to buy tablecloth clips from the Atlantic ocean winds. UPDATE I did buy the clips and now have a circle cut out of the center to put our new Umbrella I bought from Wayfair with the cast iron base too.

It’s very hard to find a table cloth like this you can put in the home. Most of these are very bright with horrible designs, but some times on a breakfast table or family table you want a water proof table cloth. The design is ok, the quality is great and the size was perfect. That was another issue trying to find one locally, they only carried one size and most were too big. Perfectly satisfied.
