I was able to turn an old tv stand into a perfect diaper changing table with this. It comes with straps with snaps and screws so that you and strap it and snap it down to a dresser or cabinet so that it can’t slide off while you’re changing the baby. Love the seat belt for extra security too. This was a great money saver for me as I did not have to buy a changing table. When the baby becomes potty trained, it can go back to a regular storage cabinet.
