I love this lantern. The one I had before was about 20 years old and had seen better days. I also wanted a more classic style and this fit the bill. Installation was super easy and took me about 15 minutes. The only thing to note is that while I like the oil rubbed bronze, in the photos online it looks like a true black and the bronzed distressed edging, however, in person the body of the lantern has a light bronze distressed look all over instead of a true black. It’s okay for me since I’m never up close looking at it but just wish the photos online would have showcased this.

I looked at hundreds of goofy looking lamps before I found this one.It is the perfect welcoming light for the front of my house.All metal with no plastic parts.The patina is excellent and the beveled glass is classic.All parts were in the box and easy to install.
