We made bacon this morning in the new pan. It’s amazing how good bacon can be in a good quality pan. Bacon was crispy and moist. The ridges in the pan helped cook the bacon without it laying directly in the grease. I recommend this pan.

I was very pleased to find that this skillet is of heavy and sturdy construction. The non-stick granite surface should keep food from sticking and the grooved bottom will keep the food out of the grease.

This pan really delivers! I had my doubts about it when it first arrived, but I was so wrong!! We have used this pan several times just in the last two weeks and it has been awesome—it browns beautifully and cooks evenly. From chicken, to sausage, the food comes out great. And best of all, it wipes clean with EASE. There was no scrubbing or soaking—even when I had left the mess to clean up the next morning. And the spackled surface gives cooking more of a cast-iron feel. I love this pan. It has quickly become my go-to, especially for meats.
