PLEASE consider buying this. The turn table makes it the best on the market even heat is a must and when the stone turns the heat is equal. ALSO once the oven is up to heat turn the flame down before placing you pizza in the oven. Keep the trap door at the rear above the propane burner open at all times. Easy to assemble as well
