Needed a chair for my home office. Provides great lumbar support and cushion is comfortable on seat. It is a little high at the lowest setting but doesn’t bother me. I can sit in this chair 8 hrs straight with no pain. Easy to assemble.

Loved the chair, especially the color. However, ordered 2 but one was damaged (mesh back was torn). Wayfair was great to immediately send a replacement WHICH ALSO CAME IN DAMAGED!! Sent another note – this time to return damaged chair for a refund – and haven’t received a response yet. Very disappointed. Just wanted 2 pretty chairs for my sewing room. Ideally, I’d love a replacement but not confident another won’t also be damaged. The packaging of this chair is the root cause. There isn’t any cushioning between the mesh back and the chrome base, causing it to rub together creating a hole. And there’s no fixing a hole in mesh, no matter how small.

My previous comment was somewhat premature because I received a call from a lovely Wayfair employee who was sympathetic to my issue and immediately took steps to rectify it. Great customer service. They have restored my faith!
