Got for my Mom for Christimas, it was really the only one I could find that was what she wanted.Super easy to install, my husband did it for her.He felt the arms could use another screw at the bottom/where they attach to make it more sturdy.But over all its everything she wanted it to be.She has the nicest mail post on the block.
