I was worried that since I had to assemble it that the drawers wouldn’t open and shut smoothly, but they do!

This is perfect. It’s really nice to have replaced a metal filing cabinet with wood. It adds a sense of refinement to a practical need. I was able to assemble it as well as can be expected. While I’ve rather made a hobby of putting my furniture together and I would say it’s moderately complicated (particularly when figuring out the drawer glides). Yet, if you know you will be the one to assemble it, it’s well worth the purchase.

Extremely easy to put together! Although the instructions called for two people, I was able to do it myself in less than an hour! I did spray paint the handles because I wanted them in gold but it looks and works great!
