Exactly as expected. Super easy to put together. I bought this as a stool to use when working from home at my new counter height desk. Its very comfortable when I want to sit, and it tucks under nicely when not in use. I have to apply more pressure than expected to get the height lowered once pressing the lever, but that doesnt affect my happiness with this product.

I love this stool – it was very easy to put together ( I did it by myself). it is great because it easily adjust higher….If I had one recommendation, it would be that the stool lowers one more notch – not a necessity, but just a suggestion.
The seat is made of a nice brown leather that is durable and easy to clean off – the bottom is a nice bronzed black that looks rich and expensive.
