I LOVE THIS KNIFE!!I originally bought what I thought would be a decent set of kitchen knives, but they’ve turned out to be pretty mediocre. I’m constantly sharpening the paring knife. The worst part was trying to cut thin slices of tomato to turn into tomato chips in a dehydrator. My bread knife did the best job, but I could never get a really thin clean slice. The sharpened paring knife just squished through…. With this knife, I’ll be able to cut perfect slices and never bother with sharpening! Right out of the box, I could feel how much heavier and more substantial this knife is. The curved handle is a nice fit, and it cuts through most everything easily. I definitely recommend!

Very high quality knife. Curved handle fits nicely in my hand and has a nice weight to it. This is the 2nd Wellstar knife I ordered. I also have the paring knife. Came sharp and will purchase more of their knives in the future.

This is one of the best knives I have ever had! It is ever ergonomic and comfortable to use. Makes cutting a tomato a breeze and easy to cut those nice thin slices for sandwiches. I am pretty impressed and I didn’t expect to like this much.

Wow! This is a nice knife and it has some weight to it for a 4 inch knife! It is very sharp and I think it will cut just about anything! Even a crusty loaf of bread! Can slice thin or thick clean slices just watch out for your fingers.
