I have yet to have this installed but I’m sure I’ll forget to leave a review if I don’t do it now… this system showed up several days ahead of schedule and I was pleasantly surprised and pleased at how much weight there is to the pets that matter. The entire water directing apparatus is very heavy which makes me feel like it will be durable.The heads are plastic, but seem nice. I’m very excited to get this installed into my brand new shower!

BOOOOO WAYFAIR! I am disappointed in wayfair.
I have bought many items from Wayfair. One item required a specific valve. It also required a specific faucet. Neither were mentioned in the info and specs. Due to COVID many deliveries were either delayed or on backorder.When everything was finally delivered, the originally bought item did not fit my shower. But this happened more than 30 days after it was purchased and it is ineligible for a return. Customers are asked to wait for backorders and delays and covid problems but wayfair does not reciprocate this reality. BEWARE! I am very disappointed with wayfair. I will patronize their competitions.
Anyone want to buy a showerhead? Call me. NOT WAYFAIR!
