Worth the price. Very sturdy and easy to install. I was missing a mounting screw but was able to locate a replacement at the local hardware store. I installed this unit with an automatic timer to prevent it being left on. It gets very warm (not hot) and does take a minimum of 15min to warm the towel.

The towel bar looks amazing.It was packaged nicely too.I had an electrician install it and he added a timer for me. (not included).The towel rack is a little longer than most so 2 large bath towels fit nicely.It warmed up quickly as well.
My electrician has used this brand many times without any issues.
