Very impressed with this piece! Highlights:
– Took about 45 minutes to put together by myself.
– Feels very sturdy. I feel comfortable chopping vegetables and working on the countertop.
– Shelves hold a good amount of weight. I have a microwave on the 2nd to bottom shelf and heavy potatoes/onions/canned goods on the bottom shelf, and I have no concerns about the stability.
– Overall it just LOOKS good. The wood veneer is high quality and the assembly comes together nicely, with all of the pieces fitting well so it sits straight and everything lines up.

I bought this item for 3 reasons: it is wide and narrow in depth for my small kitchen limited by two entrances; it can house the microwave and coffee station which were eating up what little counter space I have; and it actually adds more counter space. Looks and functions exactly as advertised, thankfully. I am still working out what goes where but I appreciate the possibilities it affords in a kitchen too small for a table. Would recommend!

This baker’s rack is just what I was looking for. I have to say that putting it together was a bit of a challenge for one person to do by themselves, but it is doable if you know what you’re doing. The rack is very sturdy and well built and looks fantastic!

This is fantastic.I love everything about it.I like the different with of the shelves. The stain is beautiful.The Baker’s Rack is very sturdy.It was not easy to put together.It took about 4 hours of sweat and a fer choice words..The screws would not stay screwed in the hole.But we got it together and it is beautiful.The Rack was well packaged.It did take a while to receive it but worth the wait.

I was hesitant with some of the negative reviews, but I love this rack! I followed some of the advice I read about putting the top together before attaching it to the bottom, and that worked out great. I did have to flip a couple boards as I had put them together incorrectly, but it was a simple correction to make. It took me an hour and a half to put together by myself. It’s stable and strong and looks great!
