Our cats are really pleased with this purchase. They always stand at our back door and gaze at us while we’re on the deck so now we can have them out there with us and know they’re in a safe, secure space. Assembly was fairly easy, although there were a few of the pieces that we secured in the wrong direction. But it was easy to unscrew them and adjust. We had two people on the job, which I’d recommend. Faster and easier with someone to hold the pieces in place while the other one works with the bolts.

I wanted a decent sized “catio” that my cat could access from a window, but that I could move into the garage in the winter when it’s not in use. This enclosure is a good size, similar to a phone booth. It is a steel frame with a good quality mesh cover, but it’s light and easy to move. The instructions aren’t the best, but it can be figured out if you take your time. I was able to put it together myself, but certain steps would be easier with two people. The sandbags to weigh it down are a great idea, and there are holes in the bottom that can either be used to screw it down on a deck, for example, or staked down like a tent on grass. This is a quality product and some good thought has been put into the design.

It’s a lot bigger than I expected, which is a good thing. I was able to put it together by myself and it was pretty easy to do, but it was time consuming. Now that it’s together, it feels stable enough that I trust my cats to use it on the covered patio. So far I am very happy with how it turned out, and I think my cats are going to love it. 🙂 Will update with pictures soon.

This is a real pain in the A to put together or move, but the cats are totally in love.
There was a defective piece in mine that isn’t shaped like I needs to be and so I had to use duct tape to hold three bars together. Works ok.
I would say it is basically escape proof if you’re worried about that. The mesh is super tough and my cats don’t bother messing with it.

My cat really enjoys this in the warmer weather. I would have given 5 stars but it arrived in about a ga-jillion pieces and I’m pretty sure I assembled it incorrectly because the instructions were vague – but it’s put together well enough to suffice.
