A beautiful pan! Cooks great and clean up is a breeze. Very good quality stainless steel.

This is a fantastic grilling pan. It works on any type of cook top, gas, electric even induction. I have a gas cook top, I think it will be perfect. The pan is very light and stainless steel quality is excellent. However, I wish it was a little bit larger. Once I grill in it, I’ll take a picture and add it w/my review. OK I used it and made lamb chops. It worked out perfect, didn’t stick at all and cleans very easily but do not try to put water in it or clean until the pan is cooled off. Then put some dish soap and hot water in it, leave it for a while, no need to scrub hard, it comes off very easily.

We had a similar pan that was another brand. Every time we used it, the cleanup was a nightmare. We used this pan. It was black from cooking. Ran it under the water and 90 came off. The rest came of with soap and a sponge. No scrubbing!!!!Love it.

Excellent replacement for my twelve year old grill pan with non stick coating flaking off. Lightweight and flat to work perfectly with my glass cooktop. Comes out great from the dishwasher.

I can’t say there’s anything wrong with this item we just haven’t found a use for it. Like we don’t know what to cook on it we just always go to the sauté pan.
