This cookie mat is easy to clean and helps create delicious baked goods. It fits well on my existing baking sheets and creates less waste and delicious food by not having to use parchment paper. I used this mat for baking cookies, kneading bread dough, proofing dough and then baking the dough. Creates a nice crips bottom and non stock easy removal.

This item is great if you want something that will help not ruin your cookie sheets.Food doesn’t stick to it at all, which is the whole idea.Can’t wait to bake cookies with this.The only thing I would change is the shape to more of a rectangular shape to match the shape of the baking sheet pan.

It definitely gets the job done. The mat is nice and flexible, so I was able to put it in my dishwasher. My bread that is baked did not stick to the mat when I pulled it from the oven. There are probably cheaper mats but this one is good.

I purchased this to help with making clean up after cooking easier and to avoid the discoloration of my cookie sheet. This is great material and will certainly do that job, but unfortunately I bought the wrong size. This is square and you would need a large rectangle cookie sheet or a square. Be sure to check the measurements.
