1. This dusk to dawn bulb senses ultraviolet rays of sunlight. Please do not use it indoors otherwise the light-sensing function may fail.
2. Please use the bulb with light fixtures with transparent lampshades or no lampshades. Do not cover the light sensor.
3. It is not recommended that using the bulb in enclosed luminaires for a long-lasting lifespan.

Just a word of caution. I wanted these beautiful bulbs because they say dusk to dawn. However, you need to ensure that your outdoor light stand is dusk to dawn or they will not work as there is no sensor in the bulb. I still rated them a 5 because they are gorgeous but there should be some mention that they do not have a sensor in the bulb you need the actual fixture.
