I needed lights on my back stairs.They were pitch dark at night.I had a motion detector light at the top of the stairs but it did not light them.These LED step lights do the job.My husband a diy’er installed them.They are AC not ACDC.Do not need a transformer.The picture shows everything he he used except 16 gage electrical wire.Not difficult for an experienced person. The dark area on the stairs has no lights.We will be buying another set unless we can get them individually. He also installed a photocell switch to turn lights on at dusk automatically and off at dawn.Otherwise light will day on until you manually turn them off.

They look really great. I had my electrician install them along the wall over my stairs, evert second stair. Photos dont do it justice, the warm light really highlights the steps nicely. My builders all love them and electrician will be suggesting them to other clients too. Easy to install (he said). Highly recommend.

Really nice. Easy install since I’m just replacing existing theatre stair lighting. Clean look. Dimmable so it doesn’t have to be too bright. Photos of no wall light non-dimmed, wall light and no dimmer and no wall light dimmed half way. Look great with the LVP we installed on the stairs. Pretty pricey though but at least I have 1 spare should one burn out.

I have to get a transformer to put these on.I didnt know that when I ordered them.I got them for a stairway out back.Hopefully, they will illuminate the steps at night.They look nice but I wont know until the transformer is here.
