I actually had ordered a different futon and thought it hadn’t shipped and so ordered this one. When it arrived it was in a compact box and was tempted to switch it out but returned it instead.
Returning it, however, was absolutely smooth and flawless. I printed the label and shipped it out and the refund came in very quickly.

Surprised and a little concerned about how small the box was, but it turned out great! Assembly instructions were well organized and parts were well labeled. Took about an hour and a half to put together, but I was able to do it by myself. Very pleased with product for the price.

I would 100% recommend this futon frame. This futon frame was easy to assemble and it is also very sturdy. I love the side pockets for remote, magazine storage. All around good purchase!

So far so good – it was packaged well, everything clearly labeled, and even had extra screws in a bag. Directions were easy to follow – completed it by myself in a couple of hours. Only issue putting together were the tiny 7 screws – they were very difficult to get in, I suggest using a larger screw driver and applying pressure. It easily converts back and forth – just takes a few practice rounds.
