This hot tub accommodates up to six people, elevating any get-together year-round. It’s made from acrylic with a gray exterior and a white interior, and it has a square silhouette with wood-like paneling across its sides. This hot tub holds up to 272 gallons of water, and it comes with a filter, Ozonator, and three circulation pumps. It includes built-in seating with one lounge-style seat and 56 jets for the ultimate tub experience. LED lights offer added convenience at night, and they’re color-changing for instant ambiance. This tub is freeze-resistant, and it includes an insulated cover that locks as needed.

Great hot tub, arrived early and the delivery was easy. Jets are powerful and it holds its temperature well. Only issue is the description said it was coming with steps and it did not. Wayfair was able to issue a partial refund which was acceptable and good customer service.

We ordered a spa from a local dealer and when the delivery date kept getting pushed back for months at a time, we started to look for other options and I’m so glad we did. This hot tub is just as nice as the one we originally ordered, and delivery was fast. As stated in previous reviews, delivery is not to final location. It was delivered to our driveway and we had to coordinate to move it the rest of the way. Jets are powerful and adjustable, and the cover is light, but insulates very well. Does not come with steps or cover lift. Overall very pleased.

This is an excellent hot tub!It has a tight-fitting cover and heats up so much faster than the “plug-and-play” 110v models.Yes, there are some additional costs for the electrical run, approx $300-$500 if you install yourself, or a bit more if you need to hire it done. But all in all, if you’re going to spend $4000+ on a cheapy, you should just go with the best.The Sol 72 (actually, it is a Balboa brand) has a ton of great features from the programmable Hi/Low temp range to the waterfall, headrests, enhanced water clarity provided by the ionizer, and locking cover.As others have pointed out, the manual is not the greatest as it has been a “word-in-place” translation from Chinese, but keep in mind that language is a complex thing and the basic information is there if you just read between the lines and gain what the author intended.I would definitely recommend this model to anyone looking for a spa!

This tub is very well made with durable materials and nice finishes.Similar to those I’ve seen costing around $9-10K.Easy to operate, jets are strong, pumps are quiet, and it heats up reasonably quickly.Nozzles on jets are sturdy plastic (won’t corrode) and nearly all of them can be turned on or off.
Lights and fountain give a nice effect.
Description has one error — it does in fact have an ozonator, which helps with sanitizing the water.
