No need to use butter, oils or sprays on this Mde in France 11 5/8″ x 15 3/4″ tray: the non-stick coating allows your muffins to pop out easily and evenly. The well dimensions are 1.8″ x 1″: great size for cute mini muffins! Although hand washing is the preferred method of cleaning, you can also place it in the dishwasher. Put away once dry. Our mold is microwave safe and can also go in the freezer. Its heat resistance ranges from -40°F to 500°F. Our Silpat mold is reusable and very durable.
