First delivery by FedEx was damaged, I find it hard to believe no one cared enough to see the open box with damaged product hanging outdelivered it anyway, but Wayfair took care of everything, sooooo EZ! The rep even gave me info on how to donate the damaged couch with free pick up.Replacement arrived via UPS with signs of carton damage BUT someone actually gave a darn, neatly taped a cardboard parchover the damage, I thought, dang,hoped for the best. To my relief… absolutely perfect.Note to Wayfair, disconnectdiscontinue using FedEx.

We are in the middle of a major remodel. We donated all of our furniture in the living room…including a loveseat that my dogs used to lay on and look out the window daily. So I purchased this to get us thru the remodel. The height is perfect for my senior Labrador. I am using this as a dog bed/sofa. I love how the back lays flat or reclines. I ordered the dark grey. Easy to assemble the legs. I put it together myself

Bonus…they can plug their laptops into the outlets on the side!! One of the sofas had ink marks on it from the factory and Wayfair shipped out a new one the day I received it.
