I like it. I have degenerative disk disease of the cervical spine as well as cervical dystonia. Given those two, I have lots of pain and tightness in the muscles of my neck and traps. This shoulder wrap gives just enough of light weight to remind my muscles to relax. It’s sleek enough too, not to cause uncomfortability when leaning back in a chair. Happy overall.
