I have been on the hunt for the perfect swivel barrel chair to put in my family room as a swap out for one that I needed to move to another spot in the house.After a not so successful purchase of another chair (back of the chair was too short at 11.25″ for me a 5’6″ female where I felt like I’d tip back over), I came upon this one in my search and thought this might be the one with a reported 20″ seat back height. The main things I was looking for: microfiber/suede material, seat back that was at least 15 inches tall; chair arms that allowed me to rest my arms comfortably and where I could lay my remote on top of the arm (yes, I know – picky).I have had a Dutelier glider rocker that I loved because of the calming glider motion, so when I found this one, I was so excited.I had just painted my interior walls Repose Gray (Sherwin Williams) so the Dapple Gray was a perfect and beautiful match.The chair is comfortable and well made, swivels and glides smoothly and allows me to watch TV or turn back towards my sectional as well. The glider motion is also a nice feature and I find any excuse to sit on it so I can rock back and forth.It’s wide enough that I can sit cross legged too. It’s a good value for what you are getting and I plan to buy another one to put in my bedroom.Delivery was great and the guys brought it into the house (safely masked and all) and set it up for me.So glad that I found this gem. Love love love it!

Fits the room perfectly! We wanted an accent chair in our master. This chair is great and complements our navy walls very nicely. It also has the added benefit of the glideswivel so we can rock our little one. The Marigold color is such a perfect shade a deep warm yellow.
