The barn door is pre-cut, pre-drilled. All wood panels are mitered for a snug fit. A simple assembly is required. Allowing each customer the ability to create a truly one-of-a-kind door by placing each plank in the desired location.

Unlike some barn doors i have seen, this is a serious door. It it solid. The wood is heavy. When assembled, the door is easily over 50 pounds. The assembly was flawless, but I did pre drill the guide holes to prevent splitting the wood. Use the clutch on your drill as to not strip the screw holds. My doorway was an unusual size due to the age of my home, but I was able to cut down the height of the door to make it fit, but I do not recommend this unless you have the proper tools. Not a fan of the floor bracket as it is rather bulky and can be a tripping hazard, so I bought a different style. Left my door unfinished and it looks great. Would definitely recommend this brand.
