The swing-away warming rack provides secondary space. With a seamless combination of offset smokers, great heat and smoke circulation are guaranteed. A side door allows you to add charcoal and clean ash easily. Open the air vent and stack on the chamber, you can stock fire and transfer smoke effectively. Check internal heat with a built-in thermometer on the lid. The spring handle protects the hand from hot temperatures. Sitting on two durable wheels, it is convenient to move from place to place.

This smoker works great! Assembly wasn’t too bad. It took about 1.5 hours. The unit requires attention (add wood/coal) every 40 minutes to maintain 250 degrees for 7 hours. That is to be expected with off set smokers. My first brisket and ribs came out perfect and Smokey!

My husband is in love with this. Set up was easy enough for him to do alone. We’ve used both the smoker aspect as well as the bbq aspect and it’s been wonderful. Just a note, the paint on the smoker side has started to bubble due to heat, but other than cosmetic it has no effect on performance.
