I love, love, love my composter. It took me 8 hrs. divided in 2 days to put it together, but don’t let that discourage you because it is well worth the effort. Its very sturdy, can hold its weigh and some! Several neighbors have admired it an asked where to purchase it. Best buy for the money☺Tip #1. Seperate & lable all nuts, bolts an screws in little containers.Tip#2. I put a little dab of hot glue after I tightened all screws.

Been using it just two days and I am impressed! Very well build, actually love how it looks with the green accents, so easy to turn. It is now half full on one side and it’s already warming up.
It took the full four hours for a friend to assemble being very deliberate and careful. Lots of parts to assemble, but all tools were included except fora flat-head screw driver.
I am trying to keep to the four parts of brown (carbon) material to one part green (nitrogen). Used 6-month old leaves, shredded letters and envelopes from my shredder, fresh grass clippings and my kitchen waste of orange peels, etc. I will update when the compost is ready to use. Hope I don’t have to wait the average of 3 to 4 months.
P.S. I ordered it on a Wednesday and received it on Thursday via FedEx Ground. So pleased, never expected it that fast.

Works great. I like how one side can be filled while the other side is doing it’s thing making compost.

After four months of use, it’s still in great shape. Two sides are perfect for our fruit/veggie-friendly family of six. We filled one side in two months (producing about a gallon of green compost every two days), then moved on to the second. Definitely recommend adding in lots more brown compost (e.g., dead leaves, cardboard) if you have lots of green kitchen waste. Instructions were very detailed, easy to assemble. Good quality tumbler (our first) — now that it is warmer we are very close to having compost to spread in our garden! I noticed that when the exterior is wet (after rain) it will make a loud squeaky noise when turned, but it’s not a problem — still turns well. Definitely recommend!

This is so great to have, it came in the day after it was ordered and we are so happy with it! It was a long time consuming process to assemble but once I was able to get it all together it seems durable and very useful!

Love it very easy to put together. You need to view the video.

This composter holds ALOT! The product video is worth watching several times.
Lindsay (verified owner) –
took me all day to get this together and accidentally used the long screws too early and had to redo some parts to make all the screws fit, make sure you check the length of the screws before starting the project, it fit together nicely at the end and is very easy to turn and open and close the vents, great addition to our garden

I think it will work wonderfully.May I suggest that you have everyone watch the video on putting it together. It was so helpful.
Thomas (verified owner) –
Took me just over an hour to put it together including backtracking a couple of times. Can’t imagine someone spending 2 to 4 hours which is the suggested timeframe. Highly recommend watching the video first! and pay very close attention to the written instructions including the pictures so not to confuse any of the nuts and bolts especially when getting into second bag.Don’t get ahead of the instructions! There’s a reason why you do it in a certain order
Seems to be well-made. I already loaded it for from my old compost bin one side new material one side old material. Immediately emptied all the old material into cart just to try it out and it worked pretty well. I had 3.5 full carts. Have rotated it and added new scraps to the new side several times and it seems to be mixing well in the tumbler.
The capacity seems very good and I think I’m going to be very happy with this. It’s also probably the best looking composter I’ve found.
