Very easy to assemble. It took me 15 minutes each chair. They are comfortable and waterproof. The footrest only comes up when the chair is fully reclined. you cannot sit up and put the footrest up.

Really really impressed with the quality. Much of it was assembled already, making a few screws and some caps for the feet a breeze to add on. LOVE the sturdiness and easy functionality of the little tray table. Love that it reclines smoothly. The cushion is nice and thick and secures in place nicely with wide straps on the back. Every little detail is considered. Love it!!!!!
