Just as advertised!This chair is soft, comfy, and quite large!The heat and massage components are nice too.The chair was purchased to help lift up for an upcoming surgery, and will do the trick. It didn’t come with assembly directions, so had to find that online. It’s a shade of brown, but not chocolate (see the couch next to it for reference).

Great chair, very soft and comfortable. I’m having total hip replacement and this chair is exactly what I need. The motor movement is smooth and a perfect speed. I’m also a bigger woman and this chair is roomy! The massage and heat are very good. This chair is a great buy.

This is my 2nd power lift recliner, but 1st from Wayfair, so I can compare. Wayfair’s is quiet, comfortable and nicer fabric. I like that the heat & massage remote is separate from the power reclining (which is a button on one side of the chair) . I also like the USB port. I am very happy with my purchase.
