The Vivid Flame Electric Firebox mimics the look of a real fire but does not require a chimney or vents and plugs into a standard outlet for a convenient setup. The remote features a power button, an up and down button to control the brightness of the flames and the thermostat, a time button, a button to turn on the dynamic ember feature which makes the logs look like they are burning, and the button to turn on the light inside the firebox.
Adjustable thermostat settings: 72, 75, 78, 82, 86, 99 °F (22, 24, 26, 28, 30, 60 °C). The thermostat turns off when the desired temperature is reached. Turn the heat option off to enjoy heatless flames year-round.
Multiple flame colors: orange, red-orange, white, blue, blue-white, and multicolor
Various timer intervals range from 10 minutes to 9 hours
Fireplace mantel supports up to 30 lbs. Do not place the TV on the mantel

This fireplace was packaged very well!There were no scratches/ marks when I opened it.It came in 2 boxes:1) the actual fireplace, and 2) the wooden pieces (the white outside box).It’s a little heavy, but it’s very stable.All the pieces required to assemble the fireplace were included (including the allen wrench), and the instructions were very clear.It took us ~1 hour to assemble, and it looks great!In addition to the remote that is included to control the fire, there are also buttons on the fireplace, in case you misplace the remote.

Love it! With the shelves on both sides, the fireplace looks built-in. Easy to assemble. Puts out enough heat to heat the entire room. Plus, it looks gorgeous!

I love my fire place it is beautiful the height is tall and the width is wide this is a good size fire place it’s all wood I got mahogany in it the color is beautiful the flames look so real and it has a blower on it with the heat it keeps my big family room warm I had no problem putting it together here is a photo of my fire place it is beautiful

LOVE this fireplace! It is perfect! The order came a day early and my husband and I assembled it in a very short reasonable amount of time. The directions were clear and concise. My only suggestion would be to not totally tighten down the L brackets for the fireplace corner sides (pieces 2 and 4 and then 3 and 5) until after you put attache the two side fireplace surround pieces (8 and 9?), as we had to untighten the L brackets slightly for the fireplace corner sides (pieces 2 and 4 and then 3 and 5) to get the L brackets on the two side surround pieces lined up and then tightened…then finish tightening the L brackets for the two fireplace side corner pieces. This was NOT an issue, but just putting the suggestion out there to help someone else. This fireplace and insert assembled easily and we were impressed with the quality of the materials and the workmanship! I totally recommend this fireplace to others.
Pros: Beautiful rich mahogany color, easy to assemble, nice quality for the money…LOVE IT!
Cons: The only con I can say is that I wish this fireplace was a little taller and a little wider to look more like the size of an actual wood burning fireplace…but it looks beautiful in our new home and it fits the space well.

Love it! Looks so nice and helps fill up our big wall. My only complaint it is that the heat doesn’t come out the bottom, it comes out the top so I can’t sit in front of it and get warm.
