So, I frequently buy things that become my favorites for gal pals in my life.Enter the Rachel Ray garbage bowl.We need to separate peels and shells and all kinds of stuff in our household since some things go straight to compost, and some things go to the chickens.Plus I cook a lot!!!My first garbage bowl was orange. So is my second one. (memo to self – pay attention to the instructions about using the top rack of the dishwasher :). Now I have purchased multiples of this to fill with bath bombs etc. for Mother’s Day presents!.Use it as a bowl to wash/soak produce.Use it as a bowl while you peel and chop for compost.Or just a bowl to hold all the detritus associated with meal preparation.I love love love my garbage bowl.

I had seen this locally and finally decided it would be useful to me. Orange is my new kitchen accent color. I have beautiful glass bowls that will still be used to serve, but this is lightweight and a great size for mixing…..or garbage!

I’ve wanted one of these since I was a teenager watching Rachel Ray on Food Network. Much better than flimsy bags. Plus, it could work dually as a bowl to hold food in while you’re waiting to cook it. I recommend!
