Perfect! Nice and shallow but perfect for grilled sandwiches, pancakes, quesadillas, etc….. Not too heavy and I love the handle. Cleans very easily. Even though it is square, it’s heat distribution is perfect from a round source.

Side note – Wayfair has amazing customer service, initially this pan wasn’t delivered when it said it was, so I reached out to Wayfair. They’re complaint filing system is very easy and the problem was rectified quickly and with ease!
