Best litter trap mat I have ever owned. I buy Pretty Litter which has fine sand-like particles. This mat catches all of them before our cats leave the area where we have their litter box. Our cats are large Maine Coons so I don’t give this praise lightly.

This mat really works for my 2 cats. One is an avid shoveler who likes to play in the box and throws litter everywhere; the other is a long hair with very furry paws that trap litter and track it around the floor. This mat is large enough that it catches about 90% of the scattered litter grit. No more sweeping is needed each time a cat uses the box. The mat is quite soft and the cats had no aversion to walking on it. Happy human, happy cats.
