We make tamales for Christmas and this pot is perfect for keeping those tamales hot and upright.I have lots of other shallower chafing dishes for other parts of the menu, but needed something upright so cheese doesn’t run out of the cheese and jalapeño tamales.Also, I make soups or chili every Sunday during the winter.This pot is perfect for Souper Sundays!
