    Added this to try out with a wooden and vented metal peel, and liking it the best thus far. Dough doesn’t stick as much as the vented, even if the flour slides around easily. Using it for a Bertello 16″ outdoor oven btw, which has had some issues with the vented peel sticking to the pizza.
