Even though one plate and one mug arrived broken (we’re shipping plates it’s bound to happen!) I called customer service and they quickly and easily resolved that issue.
As for the set of dishes they are everything and more than what we wanted. The bowls are nice and deep to hold plenty of salad, the size of the mugs will make any coffee drinker happy, and I love that the plates are not oversized which helps in potion control. Would definitely recommend
