The towel rack is sturdy. The black is really cool looking too! The instructions do not come with the box, however you will find a website address for a video you can watch for installing the actual rack. No instructions for hardwiring it though, not even on the video! It does however heat rather quickly! And it’s modern looking with the digital display. Overall I’m very happy with it!

It is attractive,functional, and well made. It is easy make a hardwired or a plug-in installation. Equipped with leakage switch for overheat and leakage protection. It is very safe. In addition to towels, I uses it to dry my underwear and robe. Heats up very fast. It also bulit in timer. Love it!
