It’s okay.You need to be sitting right next to it.I would say it’s good to have for two people.I liked the idea of infrared.It casts a pretty glow.There is a velvet like texture over the metalto keep you from burning yourself.I think it may collect dust and debris though.If you do not want a gas powered one and you live in a place like the southwest that does not get crazy cold, this may be for your patio.
