The Moonshadow 8″ Futon Mattress by Otis Bed has a cover that is made from polyester, and this ensures robustness and durability to it. The foam core of this futon mattress imparts softness to it. It is available in different sizes from which you may choose one that suits your needs best. The cover of this futon mattress has a pleasant rich cream color. This is great as a second bed for guests, or even to sleep on long term. The mattress is extremely comfortable.
Cons: It does sit quite high; the 8″ does not squish down when you’re sitting on it, so I’ve purchased an ottoman to rest my legs on when using it as a couch, as my legs now don’t quite touch the floor comfortably. Pair with a low frame.

This mattress is like sitting on a regular couch. Wow!! I never thought I would ever feel comfortable on our metal frame futon.
