I was very confused by the instructions (one critical part that was repeatedly referred to as the blue part, there is nothing blue on the vacuum sealer) and it took a couple of failed attempts to get it to work properly. That said, it works really well, and its quick and easy to use – so I’m not throwing out food because it sat too long in the fridge and once in the freezer lasts longer because of the vacuum effect.

So far we really like this vacuum sealer. It is user friendly and really does get all of the air out of the packages. I wish it would have came with more bags but I’m hopeful it will work on all other bags we try to use.

Great for small projects but I don’t think it’s ideal for frequent use. The device gets hot when left on and you must push down hard to close the cover which becomes harder to close as it gets hotter. The plastic bags it comes with a for small items. The sealer is user friendly and the instruction manual is easy to follow.
