Halfthe cost of similar that I researched.I love the round hot tub. (My deck guys, not so much) haha.So much better for how we use it which is social more than therapeutic.Everyone gets a seat that is fairly similar.You are all sitting upright and facing one another.Our younger children use it as a swimming pool and are all over it.The depth is fantastic.Verdict still out while getting installed into our deck but for now, love it!

Wayfair customer support were friendly but unable to do much but offer empathy on delays
Once it shipped from Strong, things moved quickly and delivery team was great
So far, so good…but expect delays
A month of use… all good… heats at about 7F an hour at higher voltage.Lots of winter use so far!!!
Not pleased with the cover clips as they don’t attach well to the ribbed side of tub… one clip broke.Probably will add layer of thin insulation on the bottom outside of tub to act as thermal break with patio.

Great value overall. My wife and I wanted something that didn’t break the bank, plug and play, and was easy to maintain. This fit the bill.
Pros:
Price; Setup; Size (comfortable for 4); Easy to maintain with simple instructions (I would recommend the EZ Care Start Up Kit so you already have chemicals ready to go)
Cons:
Weak jets; Kinda ugly; Delivery (due to COVID-19 it was dropped at the front and I had to recruit people to roll it on its side around to the back)
All that said, you won’t be disappointed when you’re set up and able to soak in this bad boy every night.

I have been using this tub in Colorado since November and have really been enjoying it.It maintains the 101 degrees I have it set for with no problem.The jets are stronger than I expected although not like one that operates at 220V.It seems to be well insulated as it doesn’t run much of the time even in the cold weather although I haven’t really tried to calculate how much electricity it is using.
This one is nice and deep and easy to get my whole body in.
