The inside of the pans are presented in a brushed stainless steel. The exterior of these pans are carefully hammered by hand to give it a rustic finishing on the outside and additionally polished for a near-mirror like finish. The exterior is intentionally left unlacquered to allow the copper to develop a natural patina over time to allow the product to age beautifully over uses. Use these pans to beautifully present food at the table, for food preperation and for food storage.
