This IS your grandmother’s baking sheet…and that’s a very good thing! It cooks evenly and is very durable. While it is nonstick, I’ve found that it does need a coat of cooking spray or something to make clean up easier. The lid is a handy feature, too. However, it does not latch as well as I’d like. Overall, I’m very pleased with the performance of this pan!
