The heating source can be applied on top after installing underlayment, and then covered up with a final floor covering. Ideally designed for luxury, vinyl, and laminate hardwoods, the heated system is made from ultra-thin conductive ink film technology. Once properly wired, the floor heater can easily be controlled with an available thermostat.
This 3 foot by 10 foot floor warmer can be used in any bathroom, bedroom, or any room with a hard floor surface. With a coverage area of about 30 square feet, you can easily adjust the length of the film by simply using a pair of scissors to ensure a perfect fit. The heater runs on 120 volts of power and is energy efficient to save you money down the road.

Got this for my upstairs bathroom floor have not installed yet so cant comment on how it performs it was to long so I cut of two and a half feet shorter to make it fit some of you may be thinking that because of the picture of it that it wants to cuirl back up and not lay flat not true when youun box it it will lay nice and flat. And whatever you do do not cut the thermostat sensor wire it was made that length to have the proper ohms resistance
